This rare version of Ken Griffey Jr.’s 1990 Upper Deck #156 features two notable errors:

1. The word “simultaneous” is misspelled as “simultanious” on the back of the card.

2. Griffey’s birthplace is incorrectly listed as Charleroi, PA—he was actually born in Donora, PA.
